it's just annoying to have to call for a lane and fight over it but if you pick a lane from the start like in rank, and what make it worst is that some people join later than other people. If Riot is not going to add this, they should at least make it so ever players joins at the same time or else its just no fair.
Or simply play normal draft instead of normal blind.

Learn to be a fill main like me. I play all roles and change to what is needed for the team, okay it is primarily support but in normal's you actually get support less of the time than ranked. plus there is actually quite a few fill players so you often have a pick of two roles after people make their calls.
