Can Riven lose damage already? The CDR nerfs wont achieve anything if shes allowed to have a execute

Seriously, who in the world beats her if all she has to do is press r, mow the enemy down, and finish them with an execute before they can even retaliate? In what forsaken galaxy is this anything balanced? If she's gonna have all this mobility Riot, the correct thing to do is hit her damage. Tired of how much of a dumb copout her kit is. You can smash her 0/3 but god forbid she reaches 45% cdr that you can do a damn thing to her. Also would like to add there has been no further changes to her on the PBE other than the cdr changes, and the one "nerf" she gets is Conq's conversion going down, which hurts EVERYONE ELSE but her. Yeah, im angry if you can't tell already, and its due to how frustrating it is leaving her practically the same in damage with no tradeoff. Mobility should come at a cost that isn't a stat that is so inflated in this game it isn't hard to get.
