That's the only explanation as to why one of the most broken champs in the game gets buffed while doubling the DPS of another champion.
Yasuo mains whinged enough and Riot came up with this sneaky idea to force us to ban other champs instead. The alternate explanation is that the Riot balance team is actually retarded.
