REWORK

Why nerf and rework champions like rengar when there are other champions like zed, leblanc or veigar who oneshot other people. Only to take a chanche for other champions to run away from them. I dont understand that choose and i ask why rework difficult champions because have so high damages and no touch easier champion who oneshot other peoples or become uber tank.
