Can you sell or do something else with the Clash Tickets ? Cant use them,honor 0

Since i flamed a poor poor soul about 3-4 months ago (still honor 0 but at least i got all checkpoints) im not eligible to participate in this highly-for sure not dead after 1 month "mode"? called Clash,im not playing ranked especially with the cancerous changes they made lately to the jungle,so is it worth winning 4 ranked games? can i disenchant them or something ? Im not going to be playing Clash in the future too,not because im not eligible,i just find it a complete waste of time and resources,and i dont really care about the cosmetic trophies and shit,with my ban ive also managed to collect 35 chests and i have 2 frags,so yeah,as someone who is not going to be playing Clash,can i do something with the Tickets ?
