Keybind legal?

I was just wondering if this keybind is considered legal for ranked/tournament play.

Isn't any change to the preset controls a technically a macro. Looking for a red answer hopefully
Bump for a clear answer? I'm guessing it's not legal as auto attack click doesn't bind to a mouse button naturally, but there doesn't seem to be a good reason for it as far as I can tell.
