legit convinced that people are blockd form high elo cuz of streamers

It is so rigged and troll how people bait at objectives. then run away or do something redic stupid at plat elo??? then my lane gets snowballd so i pay for it. like akali or rivan which no coming bcak from when ahead and gets help while ur under tower????? please somone explain ur match making and logic????? and on top ur balance with the damage is plain stupid
