@riot Umm what about Aatrox?

First off all I'd like to say thanks for making such a great game and all the maintenance that you guys do. I just wanted to ask about Aatrox, I know there's nothing for him for the rest of the year and I THINK you guys have him on your radar. I'm basically just asking for some clarity and feedback for him.

He's always been one of my favorite characters, I remember the first time seeing him in a bots game when I just started league and became enamored with the champion. It thought he was so strong and cool. It just stings a lil to be woken up to the reality of him not being strong (yes I know that in a game of 100+ characters that not all of them can be strong). His kit aside from feeling weak also doesn't seem to fit his theme. His individual skills are at best inimpressive and self nerfed. His q just feels like its there and doesn't affect his 1 v 1 unless it's poking down beforehand. When I lose a trade and die I never say «oh man if only I hit that one q" . I like his W that's cool. His E lol, I hate that skill, the wind up (soo slow) , the small hit box, the unreliability also leads to frustrating times when you swear you hit the knock but you didn't. His ult is pretty cool but just feels like it could use a lil umph to sell his theme. His passive, why does it turn off when you die? He feels extremely weak while that is on cooldown, like an unmounted kled, except there's nothing you can do other to wait till its off cooldown. And why does he have so much So scaling in his kit still?
