Is ap GP viable?

I always love ap off builds like ap Lucian.....but has anyone found ap GP remotely viable?

I ask because he has so much potential with the ability customize his ult. But it looks like the only upgrade anyone gets on GP ult is "Death's Daughter".

I mean " fire at will" has so much potential but it really only good with ap gp and ap GP has a way harder time farming his ult than AD GP.

I bring this up cause I'd like to see riot fully allow us to utilize the unique customization GP offers ult offers.

AP GP needs to be able to farm his ult better so he can get the upgrades. It makes no sense that Lichbane does not work with his E but Triforce does. They have the same unique passive that cannot be stacked together "spellblade".
