Players AFK / Leaving Reformed

Riot, please listen to your player base. We need a system where if somebody goes AFK, we get either an advanced bot, or a player in queue for the position we need, who gets to be the same level as the highest level player in game, and gets an amount of gold equal the amount of gold gathered by the richest player in the match.
