Pull Amumu off life support and let him die already

Amumu has been continuously falling further and further behind, and this last patch made it impossible to play him.

He is, as of now, the least played jungle per op.gg. His win rate, pick rate, have all been absolutely decimated. Per champion.gg (which on several occasions I've had cause to doubt their statistics) , he fares slightly better but the impact 9.2 has had on him is nonetheless telling. The damage meta of season 8 was tough, but at least he could still be useful if he also built damage. Now - tank, AP, holy hand gernade amumu, none of them do anything, because he's so starved of gold and exp.

As an amumu OTP, I'm tired. Yes, I still win some. No, it's not because of anything I do. Pull the life support and just disable him as a champ already.
