how to improve mastery level 6 and 7

remove blue essence and replace it with ip. everyone who curently has blue essence gets it converted to ip at a reasonable rate. we have literally 2 different currencies for champions right now, and the planned feature to buy random champion shards for ip is nothing but a system to trade one of these currencies into another. its just all so redundant.

champion shards are now unlocked with ip/rp and simply act as discount tokens

mastery levels 6 and 7 require mastery tokens and ip to unlock. this would make reaching these levels a lot easier due to not being gated by chests and rng which brings me to the next point

increase mastery levels to 8 which is unlocked with 10 mastery 8 tokens that are only earned on achieving S+ ranks on the appropriate champion. while the grading system isnt perfect, its a hell of a lot better representation of dedication and skill to a champion than even just reaching mastery rank 5 or the current method to get to 6 and 7.
