A Simple Way to Reduce the "AFK"s in New Champ Select

So we all know that with the new champion select, queues tend to be much longer than it used to be. Most of this can be blamed on the fact that many players forget to Lock In after choosing a ban or pick ... which is why the following fix would pretty much remove this problem.

In the old champion select, when it was your turn to pick a champion, the client would "pop up" on your screen. So, if you were watching a video, browsing reddit, or whatever you do while champ select took place, the client always notified you when it was your turn.

However, that is no longer the case. With the new champion select, even when you need to lock in or pick a ban, the client doesn't even pop up, or have the LoL icon on the taskbar turn blinking orange (it does this when you receive a notification).

So Riot, please make the client notify you in some form. By doing this, many users would be notified and lock in, preventing so many "AFK"s.
