There is a delay in animations

So, the title pretty much sums it up, for some reason when I get stunned by an ability there is a momentary delay. I have a good pc and this is not something that used to happen to me before. I think this started after the new update but I'm not sure. I don't have FPS drops or lag, my character just looks like he wasn't stunned but after 1s delay i get stunned. Anyone know what could possible be the reason for this delay. It is making it impossible to lane because when I get stunned I don't even realized it after 1s which gets me dead.
