Is it wrong that i'm not surprised about the new Sion strat?

Like hear me out, Banner was one helavua bitch to deal with before we even got here. He's basically a reworked banner of command cannon creep (before hotfix) with this strat. Considering that as a way to visualize what this strat is i'm not surprised because Sion abused banner and not only lost banner, but im sure he also got nerfed several times around the same time reworked banner was still in the game.

If something has to get nerfed to stop it (if it becomes an issue like funnel (which will be the most possible result)), make a new passive effect that makes Sion do less damage to structures when in passive form.
