Now that the AP jungle item's been changed 4 times, can Cinderhulk get that treatment?

Having a half damage Sunfire (33% to minions now) mixed with a pile of health really isn't very interesting or dynamic for play, or even helpful for pushing or teamfight damage. It's also a little counter-intuitive in a lot of matchups since there's so much %health damage now. Would love to see something different filling the slot at this point.
