Rank Ladder

I am looking at my rank lp and found out that i was in Caitlyn's snipers or something. Now, the list of players in that group is about ~40 something players but I dont always get to play with ppl in that group. Wouldnt it be better to make matches between ppl of the same group as often as possible? That way u get to know ur opponents, make friends, and make the game that more interesting because you have played games before with these ppl. I also think the salt lvl would lower if I had a familiar face in my team or enemy team. Thoughts?
