So currently, personally, I find Karthus' ultimate lacking. Not only does it do relatively low damage in comparison to the heavy cooldown, but it's somewhat... anticlimactic. I think something as small as a global quote when ulting could make it feel stronger, but what are your thoughts?
Agreed that a global is needed, its been brought up many times in the past.
Not agreed that it doesn't do enough damage.

You're using his ult wrong if you're not sniping kills all game.
Also, if you're farming well on him... his q will rek people so hard the ultimate isn't even needed.
I love getting both Rylia and Liandry on him, and watch tanks get great damage as well.
karthus's ult always has been and always should be his weakest ability in terms of being game changing, it doesn't need more "oomph" if you need more then do a risky straight damage build
