How bad is riot on keeping league servers running smooth?

I been playing league for a week to find better evidence so it wasn't just the one day thing. And i'm right. Riot can't Fck up. Major My game has been running fine before this week. Guess what YOU FCKED UP RIOT I can't play a game for 10 secs before my game freezes and somehow my champ walks in the complete wrong direction, doesn't respond to me clicking backwards, but in fact goes forward. And YOU CRASH MY COMPUTER. AGAIN YOU F*CKED UP RIOT. BIG TIME!
