Elementalist Lux - non summoner's rift

I feel like elementalist lux doesn't get the full skin benefits in games like ARAM since most don't last long enough for her to charge up to change. Does anyone else feel like they should tweak the charge time in games other than summoner's rift so we can get the full benefit of her skin?
