matchmaking over 10mins!!! and full of bots

The last few days I have had to wait well over 10 mins (avg 5mins not the 55sec - 1 min 30 estimated) to get a game in ARAM only to have it full of feeding bots and only maybe 2 humans on each team. This is creating absolutley terrible games!! Not to mention 30-40 mins wasted on very not fun games. WTF is going on? Maybe put up a counter of how many ACTUAL humans are online so I know whether i want to waste my time waiting for a crappy match and can instead go play another game that is actual fun or i don't know actual participate in the real world.
