RIOT WTF IS WRONG WITH REMAKE VOTE ?

So i got a bug splat mid loading screen after i reached 80% but i didn't notice i was frozen untill after a while , alright all i needed was to remove league in game client from cpu and press reconnect in the client. Note that this is like the first time happening to me for unknown reasons Here is the surprise , i reconnected bought items went to mid lane turret untill i see that remake window ? i even voted no (THIS DOESNT MAKE SENSE IF 5 VOTED IN THE REMAKE MEANS THERE ARE NO AFKS ? ) and so did the jungler and the top laner , it was the bot lane who did . when i reconnected it was like 2:55 what's wrong with that i was already reconnected and i was already on the first turret of mid when that remake 5 happened now i lost 18 LP for that thing i didn't even deserve to lose it ?? the remake should cancel once the afk is reconnected .

EDIT : Sorry guys for being too emotional in this one but i am really frustrated right now and that happened i won't play ranked for now because i am angry af and i play like a noob when i am tilted and angry.
