Could we have a change to CC score?

As a support player I find that I don't always get a chance to CC but when I do I'm landing a killing CC or I only have enough time to CC once before the target dies. I was wondering if we could have the CC score give a bonus to whoever got the first CC on a target that dies shortly after and/or a CC score bonus for having CC on a target that dies during the duration?
