Bug Splats

Just returned to league of legends ranking system and have constant bug splats. I have done all the trouble shootings recommended on the website but still bug splats. these bug splats always happen during champion select for ranked matches never any other modes. It has cost me my promos twice. I understand having a loss when you are in game and leave a match allowing your team to do an early surrender but having a loss for your faulty bug splats should not allow me to lose promos multiple times.
