Hows This Susan Build?

I bet 1 million on people have done this build already but I wanted opinions. item 3025 item 3065 item 3158 item 3143 item 3075 item 3102

This build combined with the 4 points in offense for 5% cooldown reduction gives you 40% cdr, without the need of a frozen heart to give you that massive 20% bonus. The iceborn gauntlet allows you to basically combine the use of trinity and frozen heart on nasus into one item, of course losing alot of nice things, but really giving you what you need of the two. 60 armor, 30 AP, 10% cdr and 500 mana is pretty good for me. Also, its cheaper then trinity!

The spirit visage, of course, gives you the extra lifesteal on your passive, allowing you regain HP easier. Also CDR on this, another boost to your Q, and of course the hp and mr to make you a tanky little puppy.

Thornmail, well, I dont really need to explain thornmail. Anti-adc is all I really need to say.

Randuins, the so called 'if you need to carry' item, works really good on Nasus. The hp, the armor, and its active allows you to catch those pesky kiters, combined with iceborn for slows for days.

Banshee's veil, its passive, the health and mr, gives you more sustain against ap champions then with your normal trinity-frozen heart build.

And our final item, ionian boots, for that 15% cdr that we need to get to 40%.

TL;DR Is the build shown above good in your opinion or no?

Yeah, I'm bronze and I started building this playing Nasus lately and I wanted to hear opinions on it from more experienced players before I continue on.

My favorite start is item 1029 item 2003 for physical damage top lanes, but item 2041 is good too. item 3024 into item 3110 : solves mana, whoa CDR, armor's great item 3111 or item 3047 depending on enemies: Iron Elixir can be tenacity late game item 3067 into item 3065 : best MR item, has HP and multiplies lifesteal item 3035 : all your damage needs is %arpen item 3102 item 3068 item 3075 item 3156 item 3026 : finish with two of these

Basically, rush CDR (5% runes from flat CDR blues x6, 5% offensive masteries, the rest from items), farm Q like mad, Q and LW are all the damage you need, build full tank.

Other runes: armor yellows, arpen reds, flat MR blues x3, the quints are flexible but I prefer flat armor. Masteries: 9/21/0, skip attack speed, take the defensive ones that scale well.

Buying glacial shroud, kindlegem, and ionian boots gives you early game CDR if that's what you're looking for. Heck, that already gets you to 40% CDR!

I'd take thornmail out for frozen heart or something else depending on who is fed on the enemy team. Frozen heart provides the anti-kite potential along with randiums :)

I like thornmail for its dmg vs ADCs, but it does make sense to replace it for frozen heart. Sure, you lose that passive, but it allows me to not have to get ionian boots and instead just go for ninja tabi or something. Good point, I'll replace thornmail.

Personally, I like taking 15% CDR in runes and 5% in masteries. That way I have 20% CDR without items and I can easily cap it without having to go far out of the way in my item build.

I typically build: item 3047 or item 3111, item 3078, item 3143, item 3065, item 3075, item 3035 or item 3102 or item 3083.

I think that Ninja Tabi and Mercury Treads offer too much to give them up for CDR.

This way I get early mobility, health, armor and MR without losing out of defensive stats for CDR. In addition, having 20% CDR without items lets you stack you Q pretty quickly after a few levels and improves your sustain.

^ Very good idea. I'll have to try CDR runes. Mind telling me what you run?

Needs CDR earlier. Should swap Frozen Heart for Gauntlet, imo.

Woopsie. Thanks! Also, I think I would prefer going down the utility line for the extra lifesteal, but that's just me. I've also uh, got into a habit of running lifesteal quints on him. Of course I'll give up the lifesteal quints, but meh, I like utility. Lifesteal quints and utility mastery gives me the extra sustain for laning phase. Because of it, I don't even buy hp pots at the start. I just get mana.

ice borne? yep visage? no problem dafuq i with those boots... tenacity pls omen? excellent why not grab frozen heart tho? I always build GA on nasus for some reason despite being tanky, I know they will focus the fk out of me sell GA after you have exhausted it for something else

If you're going to get a Sheen item you might as well get Trinity Force. It gives 200% of your AD as bonus damage, and your ult gives you a huge amount of bonus AD, and all of this is on top of your Q stacks. The extra slow and armor from Gauntlet just isn't worth the drop in power.
