i dont think there will ever be a healthy way to implement dark harvest

it fits the same role as electrocute (high burst) while being considerably more difficult to balance due to the infinite stacking nature of it while its also basically a free execute (i know im exaggerating a bit but it really is for the amount of damage it does)

scrap it. use it as a passive for a champ down the line or something.
