For people who believe that ADCs are OP, what do you suggest is changed?

base stats should suck so they don't autowin vs majority of melees
life steal, base AD.
Probably nothing remotely sensible or in favor of actual balance. They will most likely just come in state some off the wall change that is a blanket nerf to the whole class and call it balance and better for the game.
Generally speaking, lower numbers.

As far as masteries go, Make it so that thunderlords deals more damage, but does it in grey health, meaning if you are just using it to poke harder, its not useful.
The other thing is put in actual tradeoffs between damage and mobility. You shouldn't be able to have your cake and eat it, and the entire enemy team, too.
ADCs aren't op so I guess I'll take my leave.
Remove thunderlords and reduce champion damage overall (I mean all champions, not just ranged btw) by 10%-25%. Reduce creep blocking. Fix the crappy pathing that sends you running backwards when there's a perfectly fine path right in front of you. Revert the cost increase on health potions. Also buff towers.
OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT.
Change dragon back to how it was season 4. Gold instead of buffs.
Remove keystone masteries. all of them.
