Reworked Ryze

I just played reworked ryze in aram mode, and holy... he was so strong my q with spell flux can deal 1500 aoe damage at 890 ap which is insane and at 40 cdr you could just spam your abilities like the old ryze its so fun to play with and i saved my team with the ultimate he is really fun to play after the rework
