Riot can you revert the nerf on Kog´Maws E now

You made his W go from 6% to 7% cause you hate ap KogMaw and love him as an adc. Now that his W is weaker then before the buff you might aswell allow AP KogMaw to exist. Buffing his E wouldnt buff adc KogMaw in any way since it already costs more mana then the avarage ult.
