unfair que

so a few games ago while playing my internet crashed and i got a que. i accepted that and finished all my 20 min ques.. but right now after champ select my game just crashed in the loading screen. it wasnt my net's fault. the game just crashed after a few people loaded. i didnt want to do anything to get another 5 ques so i waited. later it started taking too long and i thought i'll just restart the client. on doing so it took 5 mins at log in and by the time i loaded they remade and i was given a que... it srsly was not my fault. if u cant remove the que completely could you pls reduce the que times? this is in no terms fair. pls help*[zombie-nunu-bummed]*
