Disappointed (once again) with this new patch

Riot didn't really nerf what's strong and gave buffs to champions that don't fit into the meta. Champions like and are still going to be strong and marksman are still going to be weak. 40 damage nerf on Rake is ok, but that still doesn't change the fact that his early level damage on Rake/passive is still the same. The Domination Tree is even stronger now with random changes to Ghost Poro and Zombie Ward. really didn't get nerfed after looking at those changes (I don't play top and haven't played against an Aatrox in awhile in mid lane, so I'm not too sure what's strong during laning phase.) No nerfs since 8.11 and surprisingly no nerfs. So I'm not sure if I'm expecting too much from the balance team, but I'm very disappointed with this patch .. once again.
