Game glitch that is getting annoying

I have been dealing with this glitch on my league game for about a few months now. One day after a patch a long time ago, after game matches, it says that I got 0 xp for that game and towards my champion level. It also says that I received no honors for that match. However, if I log out of the game and come back in, I have gotten the xp for that match. I also got honors because I get honor check point rewards. It's just annoying constantly exiting the game and coming back to check. It's the same for blue essence. When I disenchant a champion shard, it doesn't say I got the amount I'm suppose to. The blue essence number stays the same. I sent this bug to riot hoping that they would fix it, but it's been months. I was wondering if I was the only person that is going through this bug or if there is more people going through this. I
