Bard is being played wrong
Figured it out, AD bard is the way to go. He doesn't have the right skills to play tanky. so with like 50 charms, its 200+ damage per meep, 3 meeps, add in

and boom you are soloing adcs

Full ap bard, get a lichbane death cap sightstone nashor tooth mobility boots and ludens echo, you can 1 hit squishys. end game at 100 meeps its insane. run scaling cdr blues to hit 40% cdr with just nashors.
except the part where you still have to roam the map for chimes, miss out on CS/exp, and only get so many meeps on one damage skill.
