Champion select timers in ranked

I am fine with the lock in or dodge, but they should give the first player an extra couple seconds, when you pick first and the very last ban is the champ you were going to play 30 seconds is a WAY short amount of time to pick and lock in a backup. Especially if you dont notice the fact that your champ got banned at first.
