Something to Inspire those who are Climbing Competitively

Even though the season is coming to an end, I thought I'd share a little something to inspire those who want to improve their performance and eventually reach high elo.

Don't get into the habit of blaming your teammates for a loss, or for being behind. Even if there is some truth in that assertion, often the desire to create a scapegoat leaves you blind to your own shortcomings. Someone whose performance indicates that they belong in diamond+ can carry a bronze or silver game 9 times out of 10 despite setbacks from their team.

You have to be willing to acknowledge your own shortcomings despite what your team may have done to influence a loss.
