Anything But or multiple Roles in premade 5s.

I play with a lot of premades who are flexible, but also a lot of premades (including myself) who suck at one particular role. People like to play flex just to take a decision away from them - it's more relaxing. However, RNG needs some guidance. Why does adding a 5th player to our team remove features from champion select?
