WIN LP VS LOSE LP is a joke

Losing almost 2x the lp you gain in lower elo is a complete joke. Losing SO much because people afk and feed is out of control. Watching Challenger players try to climb accounts out of lower is elo is a prime example. OVER and OVER, pros, streamers are like this is busted. How do people climb. Midbeasts latest is a prime example. He was like 50 and 1 and still only Silver 2. The system needs to be simple, direct, and understandable. Just shows this game is the ultimate time sink designed to keep players as low as possible.

In addition, I would recommend eliminating chat across teams. Zero reason the other team can talk. I understand you can turn it off, but it shouldnt be an option.
