Revert Ghost Poro

I don't understand why this rune was changed to "damage" when it should be a utility rune. I get that it's in the red tree, which is typically damage, but come on. Anyone who actually wants damage will go eyeball collection.

Give back the utility, and/or strip the damage.

There are no scenarios where I want to pick this rune for the damage. I know for a fact several of my runes are going to get cleared and result in no damage.
