Worse punishment for dodging a game then going afk in a game

So I just thought, hmmmm.... I get a 5 min ban if I dodge a game with a guy who starts typing and clearly is not mentally stable.

Yet, I have reported at least 50 afks in the past week, and does anything happen to them?

Especially an afk in a ranked game... totally affects the outcome of the game, loss of LP, etc.

Yet nothing is done to the afk person, but a 5 min queue ban on a dodge.

Makes perfect sense.

Now I can understand somebody legit DC'ing because of environmental issues. You dont DC for environmental issues after starting 2 surrenders. And you dont DC after typing "this one is lost. ff at 15"

Report that afk... nothing happens. What should happen is a 6h ban after the second time in less than a week. Sorry if you have bad wifi... get a better access point or go hardwired. You are screwing your teammates with all your DC'ing.

Could even have a vote, when reporting an afk, by the teammates to ban or not ban afterwards. Seems fair?
