Witts end rework proposal

Witts end : 50% attack speed. 10 magic penatration 25 +(stolen magic resist) magic resist

Passive : deals 10 + (stolen magic resist) magic damage on hit Unique Passive: basic attacks reduce an enemies magic resist by 5%. Stacks up to 25% Magic resist reduced this way is stolen
And stored in this item. Only steals the highest amount of magic resist stolen.

For example if you are fighting nautilus top lane and he has 100 magic resist after 5 attacks you will steal 25 bonus damage.

You then go fight Galio with 200 magic resist. Your attacks will deal 25 damage until that threshold has been reached. It will then steal Galios magic resist and cap at 50.

If you go back and fight nautilus it will not steal any additional magic resist.
