@Meddler, do you think the Swain nerfs will hurt him too much and change his playstyle too much?

One of the defining features of Swain is having 4 abilities and no ult. 21 sounds like the sweet spot, but you might have some hidden knowledge you can shed. If feels like if he isn't gutted by this, he will have a massively different gameplay.
