Help on Darius Please

First, I want to make sure if I have the right knowledge of Darius. So, if you win lane, you teamfight when your team is leading enough to win teamfights/if your team has teamfight comp/if your team needs you/you build tanky. You splitpush if you have teleport to come join the teamfight/if your team is not winning teamfight and if your team can manage to hold(esp good waveclear)/you are that ahead that enemy is fine by themselves. Is there any important information I need to know/any wrong information? Also, can someone tell me the matchup details on Darius, esp the common/meta top laners right now or send a good link? Thanks!
