Lol they went and fucked over their dedicated players that have made them what they are, so that they can appeal to larger (less dedicated) audience. Little did they know, that larger audience can't make up it's own mind and just goes with what's cool at the time. The next game comes along and they're gone. They'll go one thing to a next in a week.

Now that so many older players are stopping playing this current shithole of a game, and the kool kids are moving onto other games (like fortnite/pubg) instead. Now your playerbase is dying and there's shit you can do to stop it, but you're so goddamn arrogant and prideful in your work that you can't accept a smaller reliable base instead of trying to be "an olympic sport".

Good job fucking yourselves over. Like superb don't think I coulda done it better myself. Short sighted business ethics that put money over customer service. Sure, you can keep backfilling a job opening over and over, but that new employee is more likely to steal, not show up, and have a worse performance than keeping one person happy and having them for years.

Just some philosophy on business ethics. Reminding you who made you who you are today. Positive energy bounces back, maybe not immediately, but (both kinds of) karma always catch up to you
