Is it just me or am I fighting a team 90% of the time in ranked?

I know the title sounds redundant, but what I mean by team is people who've gotten together and queued together. As a primarily solo player, I feel like shit cause almost every game I'm alone playing with other loners against people who all know how to play with each other all on skype etc. So it ends up being a matter of me praying I don't get put against a premade team every ranked game because if I am, the game becomes significantly harder and winning near impossible because me and a bunch of randoms cant really beat a well-coordinated team. How do I know? The fact that usually at least 3 people on the enemy team have the same clan tag is a nice hint.
