Voice chat

I really do not understand why Riot decided to implement voice chat if it only works with a premade party. I was watching forward to be able to more easily communicate with my in-game teammates. If I want to talk to my premades, I talk to them on discord. I am thoroughly disappointed that I am not able to talk with my random teammates.
