Idea to balance elder dragon.

Right now elder dragon only helps the snowballing team and doesn't really help the team that is making a comeback yet somehow manages to secure it because they won't have any elemental buffs. Here is my suggestion: Securing elder dragon will now temporary steal all elemental buffs from the opposing team for the duration of the elder buff. Now if you managed to get triple infernal, you will still have to be careful, if the opponent manages to take elder, they will now use your power against you.
