Rek'Sai Top - 7.10

Its not even that bad imo. Has some pretty bad matchups (who doesnt?), but into most matchups you can do really well if you play it right levels 2-5. I've played her top around 6 times in patch 7.10. I lost 1 lane, I went even with another, and destroyed game these 4:

Her #1 Issue is you have to close out the game quickly bc she will fall off HARD once others start to hit full build.

The new mini-rework only buffs her top lane imo. I can't wait.
