Vision with Bushes

I've been playing LoL ever since the beginning of Season 3 (I showed up around the time Quinn was just released because I remember her login screen). One of the most frustrating things is when you die because you instantly lose vision of someone when they enter a bush, preventing you from using a target spell (like say Maokai's W or Syndra's R). I live in the country side, I've played games as a kid where myself and some friends would run into areas with a lot of tall grass (bushes in the game) and I can always see someone for about half a second before the bush re-forms back into place. My personal suggestion is if an enemy champion walks into a bush that they should remain revealed (like how Rek'Sai's Q shows the champion but nothing around them) for .25 or .5 second if they would still be within vision radius of a champion on your team. Examples for clarification : If an enemy champion goes into a bush while within 80% of your vision radius they are revealed for the .25 second in the bush. However if the enemy champion moves out of your vision radius before the duration is over the duration ends early.
