Getting Targetted

The past few weeks i have been trying to get plat before season rewards, with riots matchmaking system it should be 50% what team you get bad/good. Past 11 games i have lost cause team was bad. "Always" lost lane or threw at the end like wtf riot START BANNING FFS Like there should be a cap if you are a retard and dont know what to do you get demoted. 11 games and all bad teams... Not a single game has my team won.. THEY NEVER WIN LANE, OUT OF 3 OTHER DIFFRENT LANES NO ONE WINS... i FEEL LIKE I AM TARGETTED..
