@Riot Suggestion for the new ping system

With the new pings being put into place, you can ping the xp needed to the next level, how much gold you have, if the enemies are alive and dead ect ect, I think we should add in a new ping for ms, you can ping everyone on your team if you're lagging and when it's back to normal

What do you guys think?
